TCON runs a long-standing panel of trades and specialist subcontractors, engaged early and paid on documented claims. New trades are taken on where a project needs a capability the panel does not cover. If that could be you, tell us who you are and what you do using the form below.
What TCON expects
Insurance. Public liability of A$20 million minimum and current WorkCover. Copies held on file before site access.
Safety. Trades work under the TCON Site Safety Management Plan. Site inductions run at the start of each engagement.
Quality. Trades are expected to work to shop drawings and to raise questions in advance rather than in the field.
Payment. TCON pays on standard 14 day terms from invoice. Progress claims are structured around milestone completion, not calendar dates.

TCON projects run on a stable trade panel. Most projects are built by the same group of trades, engaged early, briefed through a documented program and paid on documented claims. If you run a disciplined crew and want architectural work in the inner east, TCON wants to hear from you.
