TCON is a small architectural building team in Melbourne’s inner east, in the office and on the tools, held to the same standard across both. If you would like to be part of it, whether you are experienced, changing direction, or starting an apprenticeship, introduce yourself using the form below.
Roles TCON typically hires
Site foreman. Trade-qualified, comfortable on architect-led work, able to read shop drawings and hold a program.
Project coordinator. Documentation, submittals, RFI tracking, running the paperwork that keeps the site moving.
Project manager. Full delivery ownership of one or two concurrent projects, from pre-construction handover through defect liability.
Apprentice carpenter. Fourth-year or advanced apprenticeship placement on live heritage and architectural projects.
