A Victorian home, opened to a new pavilion

Weybridge is a Victorian residence in Surrey Hills, restored and extended by TCON with Alta Architecture, with interiors by George Marks Design. The original hallway keeps its arched plasterwork, corbels and timber boards, and opens through a steel framed arched door to a new living pavilion under a raked ceiling.

A heavily veined marble runs the kitchen, butler’s pantry and cellar joinery beneath an aged bronze rangehood. Brushed bronze tapware carries through terrazzo lined bathrooms and a plaster finished powder room, with oak boards throughout.

The house keeps its Victorian street presence while the pavilion carries daily life. Architecture by Alta Architecture, interiors by George Marks Design, built by TCON and completed in 2025.
