A Victorian terrace that has been superbly conceived into a modern architectural masterpiece. It provides a free-flowing open plan living fitted with exposed hardwood floor joists, solid blackbutt floors, pine lining walls and plasterboard is not to be seen in the specification.

The exterior is filled with handmade timber windows from Binq as well as Britton’s silvertop ash cladding that has been pre-coated with 2 layers of WOCA black, proven to last longer than most charred ash claddings.
