A dilapidated victorian terrace sits in the inner eastern suburb of Hawthorn, with a growing family awaiting an architectural renovation by Tecture. The brief was to maximise its footprint and allow the family to grow in their forever home in a house that would envy all of the surrounding residences.

A contrasting timber clad double storey extension allows the heritage facade to retain it’s original features and showcase an architectural masterpiece at the rear.
