A California Bungalow residence that outgrew it’s space for the family. A contemporary extension added to the rear which compliments and ties in very well with the build. The interior has been completely renovated with new internal linings, floorings, skirting boards and architraves. Not a space untouched, this home will last another 100 years and beyond.
